Unit 4 Ashgrove Industrial Estate, Kill Avenue, Dún Laoghaire, Dublin, A96 HP90At MMC we want to encourage good habits. Move well, eat well, sleep well. With all the information out there it can sometimes be confusing and overwhelming deciding on what's the best exercise for us. The general advice is to key it simple: what do you like doing? Remember, the best exercise is the one that gets done. If you don't like running, don't force yourself to do it three times a week. If you hate the gym, stop dragging yourself there or feeling guilty for staying on the couch.
At MMC, we offer 1:1 Physio-led Personal Training sessions. Personal training is a great way for people of all ages and abilities to learn how to move, strengthen and stretch in a safe environment. In this session, a physio will assess your movement and ability and then tailor each session to get you moving and feeling better.
If you’re feeling good and not struggling with an injury right now but still feel that you need to move more – Personal Training could be the answer.
Often people are nervous of starting in the gym for fear that they won’t be able for it. Or they just need more personal care to ensure that they're moving well and in a manner that wont lead to an injury. In our 1:1 Personal Training sessions, you will get a full movement assessment from a physiotherapist who will tailor specific exercises for you to achieve your goals.
